a product, we make it simple.
To receive credit for your return, you must obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive this important identifier,
please call our Customer Service Department at: (800) 708-2111, or email us at
returns@i-Hanger.com.

Important notes about Returns
A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns, unless the
mistake was ours.
Custom imprinted products cannot be returned or credited to
your account unless the mistake was ours, all sales are final.
Return freight fees are your responsibility.
All items must be received by our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the
original invoice.
After you receive your RMA number, please mark all boxes with the RMA number
and ship to:
